NETWORK SUPPORT CONTRACT
Businessland have tailored a support contract to assist with the running and administration of the Network infrastructure at Corporate and Education Sectors. Unlike other warranties which provide restrictive cover only giving support to specific problem areas and often only telephone support, the Businessland ITC ON-SITE support contract allocates you access to Businessland ITC engineers attendance at site, to be utilised in the capacity of network, operational or software problems. This warranty covers labour support of network hardware, and support of the server and network configuration in place. The warranty includes identifying problem areas and troubleshooting. The contract is not restrictive to hardware or software faults as covers both and allows your network to be maintained and fully operational.
COVER PROVIDES
8 hours response upon faxed or emailed receipt of the problem to our office at 8, Madeira Avenue. Fax 01702 712087. A call will be booked in the technical diary to attend site and evaluate the fault. Any liaison that is required will be done to the software manufacturers on your behalf.
CONDITIONS OF COVER
No attempt must be made to change the settings and configurations of the software or the network infrastructure unless expressly told to do so by a Businessland Technician. Full and regular back-ups are the sole responsibility of and any eventuality regarding the loss of data as a consequence of this not being done, may result in additional charges being applied. Any additional software that the customers choose to install onto the network must be checked for hardware requirements and compatibility. Any consequence of any change that interferes with the configuration of the operating system without consultation with a Businessland technician, requiring a callout may render a charge liable.
REMOTE SUPPORT
Businessland also offer a remote support and monitoring contract. This will allow Businessland full remote access to your server, pcs and laptops that are connected to the network. Our in house support team will be able to install and maintain all devices connected to the network and will be able to monitor the server for errors or issues before they cause any problems. We will also offer support callout charges at a discounted rate.
